REFUND POLICY
REFUNDS ON SERVICES AND/OR PRODUCTS
We are a 100% custom graphic design company. Due to the nature of our work being customized for each client we are unable to offer any refunds on any of our products. We will under certain circumstances allow a company credit for future services. Sending a payment to us for service acknowledges and agrees to this policy.
SHIPPING POLICY
For items that require physical shipping, we use USPS and FED EX services to ship our products. Each product has an outlined shipping timeframe you may review, before-during and after purchase, unless there are unusual circumstances all items are shipped within 30 days of purchase, and/or artwork approval.
For digital items that require e-mailing, all items will receive a digital receipt that must be signed before final email files are delivered. Each digital item has a delivery timeframe usually within 14 business days.

When you use our Products or Website, you may be asked for personally identifiable information such as your name, address, email address, and telephone number.
By giving us such information, you will need to consent by using it in the manner described in this policy.
